The Alhambra
The Nasrid Palaces are the star attraction of the Alhambra, with three separate areas. Check out the Palace of Comares, the Lion’s Palace, and the Mirador de Daraxa. Notice you need a timed ticket and must be at the entrance on time. Get to the Alhambra at least 30 minutes early and don’t forget your passport or ID, since they will check it multiple times during your visit. Granada has more to offer than just the Alhambra. When you walk over there, try to pass the Carrera del Darro, the oldest street in Albaicín. This cobblestone street by the River Darro is one of the prettiest in Granada, with old Arab houses, convents, and the last of Granada’s 13 arched bridges.
