Last day of the road trip through Scotland! We are driving to Edinburgh for one last day of city sightseeing.
Stirling Castle
We left early because we wanted to visit Stirling Castle before heading to Edinburgh. The architecture is impressive, and the interior has been faithfully recreated so visitors can truly experience life as it was then. The castle is very popular, so be sure to allocate enough time for your visit 🏰
City trippin'
Strolling through the city, trying to get the most out of our one day in the city. Check out the next spots: • discover the Old town • walk the Royal Mile • visit the St Giles' Cathedral • drink beers at the Grassmarket • Edinburg Castle Extra: • Calton Hill • Scott Monument You stay one more night at a campground, Mortonhall, just outside the city (easily reached by bus 11). The morning after, you return the car and take the flight home. The end of the road trip!
