Who doesn't love Thai food? 🤤 The Smile Organic Farm cooking school picks you up at your hotel to teach you all about it at their farm. The first stop is at a traditional market where locals get their groceries. Once at the Smile Organic Farm, you get a tour of their garden where you pick fresh ingredients to use during the class. First, you learn how to make spring rolls. Then you can choose the soup, stir-fried dish and curry you want to make. For the curry, you start from scratch and even make your own curry paste!
