Lège-Cap-Ferret is a peninsula located on the south-west coast of France, by the bay of Arcachon. This bay is renowned for its oysters and it’s here that a large part of France’s oyster harvest is produced. The best part? You can taste a plate fresh from the bay in the farmer's oyster shack, right by the water! Chai Bertrand is the place you want to be! Enjoying the view of Dune du Pilat with your feet in the sand make this a picture-perfect postcard setting. Besides oysters you can order shrimp, all accompanied by bread, butter, water and white or rosé wine.
