Minami is a sushi & noodle bar located right next to Maastricht's station. with over 70 dishes on the menu, this is a little piece of Asian cuisine heaven and the perfect spot when you're craving different things! ramen, sushi, fried side dishes, poké bowls, bento boxes ... you name it and they've got it! pictured on photos: chicken ramen, chicken gyoza's, yakitori and a japanese beef curry bento box with takoyaki, edamame beans and kimchi 🖤 (and yes, the portions are as big as they seem!)
