The Santuario Madonna di San Luca sits atop a hill, where you overlook the city of Bologna and the green Italian hills. From the city center, it is not only a beautiful walk, it is also quite an active one. The Basilica San Luca is located on top of a hill, so the route to it goes up as well. Once we arrived at the top, a beautiful view awaited us. Around the basilica is a beautiful garden, where many locals recover from running to the top. People enjoy the view, the peace around them. If you don't feel like walking back, you can take the bus or a train.
