Take these days in Saint Lucia to relax and recover and to charge your batteries for the upcoming weeks. Saint Lucia happens to be the most visited town in Africa to enjoy some nice, quit beaches and to witness a lot of Hippos. We didn't have enough time, so our 2 days were filled with wandering around in this town and visiting Cape Vidal. Cape Vidal is definitely the hidden beauty of St Lucia and it is located in the heart of the iSimangaliso Wetland Park. This place is that one gem that you just have to explore and visit. Some of the sand dunes here rise 150m high and the beaches are excellent for swimming. En route to the beach, there will be a big chance of spotting wildlife, such as hippos, antelopes, buffaloes and crocs. Cape Vidal beach is also home to the endangered Samango monkeys.
