Botlierskop: luxury surrounded by wildlife

Accommodation

€ 500 - 1.000

A 4,5 hour drive from Capetown, Botlierskop is a gem for a first (or second or third 😉) time safari experience. This private game reserve screams luxury and surrounded by wild animals, it’ll be the highlight of your trip. Our two night stay in the luxury tented suite felt like a dream. There wasn’t enough time to enjoy and explore everything both the lodge and the reserve had to offer. When entering the lodge, you’ll feel right at home with a small kitchen, a sofa area with fireplace, and an oversized king bed overlooking the river and wildebeests. I never thought I needed that in my life, majestic! The bath slippers and bathrobe, the bath tub overlooking the animals, sea salt ready to use, you’ll feel like the king of the jungle. You would almost forget to eat, but also in the food area you won’t be short of anything. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is included in your 2 night stay, drinks are at a surcharge. For breakfast there is an extensive buffet to choose from and for lunch and dinner you choose from a set menu. In case you were wondering, the food is as amazing as the views. If you find some extra time, the two swimming pools are worth a dip, and the Fijnebos Spa is worth a visit as well. Otherwise, the four game drives that are included in the two night stay will definitely keep you busy.
