Dag 2: De Witte Kliffen van Denemarken
Ik vertrok uit Hamburg en ging naar de ferry in Puttgarden. Eenmaal over de ferry naar Rødby, reed ik naar Møns Klint. De krijtrotsen en het natuurpark waren adembenemend. Een dag vol activiteiten.

Møns Klint
Møns Klint is famous for its dramatic white chalk cliffs, which rise up to 128 meters above the Baltic Sea, creating stunning and picturesque landscapes. It's also a significant geological site rich in fossils from the Cretaceous period, making it a popular destination for nature enthusiasts and fossil hunters. To get there You need to do a lot of stairs, so don't be surprised by that. But it is worth the decent.

GeoCenter Møns Klint
When you are at Møns Klint, you can also visit the GeoCenter. It's an interactive geological museum. It offers hands-on exhibits, and fossil exploration, ideal for all ages, the centre provides educational programs, workshops, and family-friendly activities, making it a must-visit for a deeper understanding of this unique natural wonder. It also has a nice coffee bar.
