Start your day at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter

Whether you're a fan of Harry Potter or not, the attractions in Wizarding World of Harry Potter are really worth it! During the day it gets very busy here, so we recommend starting your day here. From the moment you enter, you are completely immersed in the world of Harry Potter. From the music playing everywhere to the castle of Hogwarts in the background, literally everything you see there is Harry Potter themed (even the toilets!). Our favorite attraction was undoubtedly Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey, so make sure to do this one first!

Next up: Springfield, the home of the Simpsons

Right next to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter you can find Springfield. Be sure to do The Simpsons Ride before heading to the Lower Lot. Waiting times for The Simpsons Ride only increase during the day so the earlier, the better! Early in the morning the waiting times are under half an hour, but as the day progresses this can easily exceed 100 minutes.

Now it's time to move to the Lower Lot. Ultimate tip to avoid the crowds: take the stairs! We managed to pass as many as 100 people because everyone moved down the escalator.

Enter a real life videogame at Super Nintendo World

When entering Super Nintendo World, we can assure you that your mouths will fall open with amazement and excitement. Ours did, too! It feels like being in the middle of a video game! Since Super Nintendo World only opened this year, the place is immensely crowded. Be prepared for lots of crowds and long queues! We can tell you in advance that the wait for Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge goes by faster than you think and the attraction is definitely worth the wait!

Explore the rest of the Lower Lot

Explore the other attractions such as Jurassic World, Transformers and Revenge of The Mummy. Depending on wait times and preferences, you can choose which attraction to start with, since all three are right next to each other. Fun guaranteed!

You have now fully explored the Lower Lot. It's time to head back to the Upper Lot to discover the rest of it!

You've done a lot of attractions now. Now it's time to slow down, but this doesn't mean the fun is over! The WaterWorld show is an immersive water show with a lot of special effects and an amazing storyline. We’re not going to give too much away yet but we guarantee you’ll be blown away! Again, chances are you're going to get wet, so be prepared ;-).

It's time to move on to the last activity of the day. Get ready to immerse yourself in the world of filmmaking!

End your day with a Studio Tour

A Studio Tour cannot be missed during your visit to Universal Studios Hollywood. During a full hour, you will pass by several movie sets, from classics like Jaws and Fast and Furious to more recent movies like NOPE. You’ll get to see famous sets, props and lots of cool surprises along the way, so be attentive because chances are you'll be surprised (or should we say scared?) from time to time ;-).
