Sri Lanka, the island of smiles. I cannot emphasize this enough, everywhere you look you'll see smiles. For that reason alone you should pay a visit, but that's not all - not even close! In my opinion Sri Lanka has everything: Lush green forests, beautiful mountain tops, amazing wildlife, sunny weather and gorgeous beaches. You can make your holiday as adventurous or relaxing as you like, there is something for everyone! Keep in mind that there are rainy seasons in Sri Lanka. The best time to visit the... South season: December - May East season: May - October Here are some recommendations from my personal experience on this lovely island. My friends and I traveled around using public transportation and stayed in a mix of low cost and more luxurious stays. Enjoy!
