Moro Rock Trail
The trail is short but steep, consisting of a 0.6-mile round trip, with a climb of about 300 feet. Breathtaking views. A must do when visiting sequoia !!
Giant Forest
Our trail started at the famous General Sherman Tree. It was very busy here, but after a few minutes of walking into the forest we were alone. We hoped to spot bears (yes they are there) but we just spotted some squirrels, a marmot and woodpeckers. Afterwards we visited (by car) the 2nd largest tree in the world in Kings Canyon NP.
