Loved both the castle and its gardens, well worth the £15. Also great coffee and cute giftshop!

Tried, and failed, to find some puffins here. The little bridge was fun and the beach was lovely.

Spotted some puffins, thanks to the binoculars of an elderly man who'm we helped to find a little flock!

Dunnet Head
Decided (against the reviews) to visit Dunnet Head and were pleasantly surprised by the scenery. All held our breaths when we read about the men who fought here in the world war.
