The beauty of the mystical Twente countryside has personally led me to photography. Characteristic of Twente are the cultural landscapes and estates that have often been managed for many years by the textile and industrial barons. This gave rise to the region's typical 'coulisse landscapes' where agricultural plots and fields are separated by large hedgerows. In this list, you will find my 10 favorite photography spots in Twente. From the famous crooked beeches by the Oelerbeek at the Twickel estate and the solitary blackcurrant tree on the Wierdense Veld to perhaps the most beautiful little river in the Netherlands, the Dinkel.
