Order a local breakfast sandwich
Start your day by ordering a fresh "bocadillo" with the "jamon" or "queso" of your choice in the local supermarket of Can Mestre. Ask the friendly guy for the best jamon of the day and he'll be happy to let you taste it. Don't start eating it just yet - take this sandwich with you as a take away.
Breakfast with a view!
Take the sandwich of your dreams to the viewpoint of Es Cubells (right from the church) and eat it while looking at the crystal clear sea right next to the impressive Ibiza hills.
Fresh fish lunch at Es Xarcu
Head to Restaurant Es Xarcu for a great local lunch. They once even made in to the Michelin guide. Reservation is definitely necessary for this one!
Na Xamena sunset
Best sunset of the island? Forget Es Vedra, go to Na Xamena instead. When you see the beautiful Haciënda Na Xamena on your left, drive further to the right until you see the sea on your left. Park on the dirt road and search for the little road on the left that leads to some rocks where you can sit and enjoy the sunset view of your life.
Luxury dinner at Eden Restaurant
Drive or walk to the luxury hotel Haciënda Na Xamena and have dinner at the beautiful Eden Restaurant. €80 for a tasting menu with pure and local ingredients. Delicous!
