Hike the Capinna Alpina in Alta Badia

Hiking at Capinna Alpina was for sure our most beautiful hike during our holiday in Badia. You start with hiking up the mountain which takes about 2 hours. Once you are at the top, you walk between 2 big cliffs and on your descend you come across a beautiful lake. All the way while descending you have amazing views of the lake. When the sun's out, you see the mountains reflected in the lake. After the lake, you walk down to Scotoni, where you can enjoy an amazing lunch or drink. How to get there? Drive to parking Plan dell' Ega. Take the hiking tour 11 to Coll de Locia. Once there, you take the 20B to the lake (Lech de Lagacio) from there you take to 20 down to Scotoni. The trip in total will take you about 4 hours.
