Have lunch at Markthalle Neun

The Markthalle Neun is a food market in Kreuzberg where the focus is on local value creation, transparant and trustworthy. The goal is to show to "eating differently” and “shop differently” can be possible in the city: by treating people, animals and the environment with respect, regionally and seasonally. A glass bakery, a butcher shop, a small brewery, a pastry shop and a canteen where you can look over the chefs' shoulders, bring the production of food out of anonymity. In the center of the market, there are live cooking courses offered to acquire knowledge and new skills. Sit down and grab a coffee or some lunch while enjoying the atmosphere of the market.

RAW-Gelände

RAW-Gelände is a square of industrail buildings with nightclubs (live music), snack bars, cafes, a skate park, a climbing hall and some vintage furniture shops. There is graffiti art on the walls of all the buildings and on the site you can find some artsy objects. Don't go there on monday though, a lot of things are closed that day!
