Valencia is situated close to the sea and even has a wide sandy beach to enjoy in summer. 5. Drink Agua de Valencia, the cocktail you should taste in this city made of fresh orange juice, cava & mixed with a spirit such as gin, vodka or cointreau 6. Eat the typical Valencian paella made with love of the local chefs around the city 7. Visit the local 'Mercats' where you can taste the most delicious local food 8. Have lunch just outside the city at Villa Indiano. Just 15min. from the city center you arrive at the Valencian countryside where this magical old mansion is located. You can come here to have a drink on the terrace or enjoy a typical lunch in the restaurant. A lot to do in Valencia & 48 hours is actually way to short.
